Job Description

Our client with its head office located in beautiful Owen Sound Ontario, owns and operates multiple radio stations throughout northern Ontario. Their radio signals cover southern Ontario from the GTA north to the tip of the Bruce Peninsula, and from the Lake Huron shoreline beyond the District of Muskoka. They are currently recruiting for their next financial leader to succeed a retiring incumbent who will be available to support in the role transition. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting/finance professional to work in the fun, fast-paced and exciting broadcast radio business!

The Finance Manager will provide timely, accurate financial information to support senior management decisions. Along with overseeing and managing the daily, monthly and year-end financial aspects of multiple radio stations.

Requirements

• CPA or Professional Accounting Designation.
• Minimum of 5-8+ years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with direct experience in manufacturing /departmentalized accounting reporting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organization skills.
